Cost: $40 couples $25.00 Singles
All attendees must complete the Special Events permission form and return it to the front office. It is best to have this completed and approved before purchasing gowns or doing tux rentals. Please see the back of the form for dress code requirements. The forms are available at all three sites. Invitations will be mailed out sometime in February and tickets will be on sale by March 2nd.
