San Andreas Share Day
This month we will uphold a long-held Mountain Oaks tradition and gather to celebrate the talents and accomplishments of our students on Thursday afternoon, March 26th at 1 PM in the gym. Our annual Share Day is an opportunity for you to show your stuff and learn about what other home-school students are up to. The Sky is the Limit with what you can share. You could work up a display of your bottle caps or paper airplanes or you could try out a new joke or impersonation. Maybe you have been practicing an instrument or dance moves and you are ready for an audience of kind, encouraging folks to try out your chops on or see how your moves go over. Whether or not you have something to share or not, please come join us for a fun afternoon. There is a sign-up sheet in the library and if you sign in on it to share, Daniel, our counselor, or Kayle, our newest mentor-teacher, will catch up with you and interview you so that our Master-of-Ceremonies can introduce you and/or draw attention to your display. A splendid time is had by all who join us for this traditional, annual gathering.
