Cost: $25 Single or $40 Couple

All students planning on attending Prom are required to complete a Special Event form and have it signed off by their mentor teacher and the school administrator. Therefore, students should have their forms approved before purchasing their formal wear for prom in case they are not approved. Any guest from another school must also have the form signed off by their school administrator.
