How to Enroll in Mountain Oaks School

The steps to enrolling in Mountain Oaks School are listed below. If the school is closed for the summer, leave a message at 1-888-686-6257, ext. 2258, and someone will return your call.

Step #1

Submit an Interest Form via the website or call Samantha at 1-888-686-6257 ext. 2258.

Step #2

Schedule an Orientation Interview. This interview usually takes about one hour and is attended by the student(s), their parents/guardians and one or more representatives from Mountain Oaks. Please bring all requested materials (transcripts, shot records, proof of residence) to the Orientation Interview.

Step #3

If the family would like to proceed with enrolling, they will be given the Initial Enrollment paperwork to complete immediately. They will also be given a Supplemental Enrollment packet to complete and return to Samantha on the first day they meet with their mentor teacher.

Step #4

Enrollment is not final until all paperwork is turned in.
