Mountain Oaks is part of the Mountain Valley League affiliated with CIF. All ninth through twelfth grade students in good academic standing are invited to join a team. Seventh and Eighth graders may "red shirt". Girls volleyball, coed soccer, boys and girls basketball, girls softball, boys baseball and co-ed golf are offered for high school students.
